As outlined in our Site Rules & Terms of Use, due to the immediate access nature of digital products (eBooks, guides, workbooks), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once download or access has begun.

 

However, if you have experienced a duplicate payment, technical issues with downloading the file, or did not receive your access link, you can use this page to submit a formal request. 

⚠️ Important: In accordance with our policy, any payment issues, delivery problems, or cancellation requests must be submitted within three (3) days of your purchase.
