STAY FIT
Since I was a child, it has been difficult for me to maintain a proper weight. I find myself losing weight, only to regain it—I've definitely earned the title of the "queen of the yo-yo effect!"
Now that I'm in my forties, it seems even more challenging to shed those extra pounds. I'm looking for delicious, healthy food choices to help tackle this challenge.
