Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:


- 1 cauliflower

- 1 package of bacon (100 grams)

- 4 eggs

- Sour cream (400 milliliters)

- Breadcrumbs

1. Wash the cauliflower and chop it into small pieces.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

3. While the oven is preheating, fill a pot with water and place it on the stove.

4. Once the water is boiling, blanch the cauliflower pieces for several minutes until they are al dente.

5. Remove the cauliflower from the water and drain it well.

6. Coat a baking dish with butter or oil, then sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the bottom.

7. Add the drained, blanched cauliflower to the baking dish.

8. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of the cauliflower.

9. In a separate bowl, crack four eggs and add 400 milliliters of sour cream. Mix them well.

10. Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the cauliflower and bacon in the baking dish.

11. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the top is golden brown.

12. Optionally, you can add cheese before baking for extra flavor.
