Pasta with Mushrooms and Bacon

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions provided on the package.


**Ingredients for Sauce and Serving **

- 1 onion, diced

- A few cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- 400-500 grams of chopped mushrooms

- 100 grams of bacon

- Cooking cream

- Fresh basil and parsley

- Salt, to taste

- Greek yogurt


1.**Prepare the Sauce:**

- In a pan, sauté the diced onion and garlic until it becomes soft.

- Add the chopped bacon and mushrooms to the pan.

- Cook all the ingredients together until they are soft.

- Stir in the chopped basil and salt to taste.

- Pour in the cooking cream and let it simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.


2. **Serving:**

- Place the cooked pasta on a plate.

- Pour the sauce over the pasta.

- Garnish with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some finely chopped parsley.
